Extension is seeking a Bilingual Sr. HR Generalist for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Milwaukee, WI. About Our Client Industry-leading food manufacturing organization with a strong reputation for quality and innovation Fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a people-first culture Opportunity to make a direct impact supporting production leadership and workforce engagement Excellent benefits package, bonus potential, career growth opportunities, and employee perks Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities Serve as the primary HR partner supporting manufacturing and production leadership across multiple shifts Lead employee relations investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution efforts Coach frontline leaders on performance management, communication, attendance, and accountability Support recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives Partner with operations leadership to improve retention, workforce stability, and employee experience Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices Maintain HRIS records, reporting, audits, and workforce documentation Analyze workforce trends and recommend process improvements to strengthen operations and culture Desired Skills & Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred 5-7+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or high-volume operations required Proven ability to lead investigations and manage complex workforce matters Experience coaching supervisors and operational leaders HRIS experience required; UKG experience preferred Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred PHR or SHRM certification is a plus Salary Information $98k - $100k/year + 10% bonus opportunity We're looking forward to connecting with you and are excited to help you make your next career move!
