Workforce Management Specialist / Resource Planner I

Milwaukee, WI OR Chicago, IL OR Green Bay, WI | 12-Month Contract | $33-$35/hr Hours flexible between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Must be a

US Citizen or Green Card Holder Company:

Utility Company Responsible for forecasting, scheduling, and real-time monitoring for Care Center Operations across 3 internal locations + 1 vendor Support staffing operations for 300+ employees including call volumes, email workloads, back-office work, coaching sessions, training, and vacation planning Create and adjust schedules to meet service level objectives , staffing demands, and budget goals Perform real-time workload evaluations and staffing projections Assist leadership during weather events and participate in an on-call rotation outside business hours Develop training schedules, transition new hires into production, and coordinate mentoring/floor support Generate workforce management, budget, and performance reporting Help improve workforce management procedures and operational efficiency

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

3-5 years of workforce management/resource planning experience Experience with forecasting, scheduling, and real-time monitoring Experience using Workforce Management software Aspect/Alvaria experience strongly preferred Bachelor's degree required Leadership experience preferred

IMPORTANT

Candidates must understand this is a hands-on workforce management role doing the actual forecasting/scheduling/real-time management work Manager does not want overly senior/overqualified candidates

Pay:

$33.00 - $35.00 per hour
