Overview Neillsville, WI Join our team as a Human Resources Senior Generalist and play a key role in supporting our people, our leaders, and our culture. We're looking for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys partnering with managers and employees, and is passionate about building strong, effective HR practices. The Trainer will report to this position. There is corporate HR support for payroll, leave, benefits, and HRIS processes. This role is an on-site salaried support role for the plants. What You'll Do As a Senior HR Generalist, you will: Serve as a trusted resource for managers and employees on HR-related matters, providing guidance, problem resolution, and proactive support. Create and deliver clear, effective HR communications, presentations, and training. Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles, partnering with hiring managers to develop strong staffing strategies. Coach leaders and employees on performance management, goal setting, and development; may lead calibration processes. Partner with Compensation teams and leaders to support competitive pay and resolve compensation/benefits issues. Drive continuous improvement by developing, documenting, and enhancing HR processes and programs. Support centralized programs such as FMLA/LOA and Workers' Compensation. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations. Mentor and provide guidance to HR Generalists. Lead HR projects of various sizes and scopes across locations. Perform additional HR duties as needed. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience; manufacturing experience preferred. Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills. Excellent communication abilities and confidence working with diverse employee groups. Demonstrated success in employee relations, problem-solving, and applying sound judgment. Ability to work independently while making fact-based decisions. Strong computer proficiency.
PHR/SPHR
certification preferred.
