Bilingual HR Generalist - Manufacturing Johnson Service Group (JSG) is actively searching for a Bilingual HR Generalist for our client's operation in near Martinsburg, WV. This is a direct hire position with competitive salary / benefits and fantastic opportunity to join a growing industry leader. The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for managing and supporting policies and programs covering most, if not all, of the following functions within Human Resources with primary focus on the factory hourly population: talent acquisition and onboarding, employee orientation, employee recognition programs, corrective actions, and investigations.

Qualifications:

Prior HR experience in Manufacturing and/or Distribution Must be bilingual in English & Spanish Bachelors Degree preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability and comfort level working with all levels of employees in a fast paced and change oriented environment Comfort dealing with ambiguity and navigating ambiguous situations Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously Strong analytical skill set with advanced skills in all Microsoft Suite systems including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Demonstrated focus on customer service is critical Strong attention to detail •Qualified Candidates Should Apply Now •Johnson Service Group (JSG) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
