Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this vital role, you will serve as a key partner in managing human capital processes, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Your energetic approach will support strategic planning, talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational design to cultivate a thriving workplace environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence all facets of human resources management and contribute to our company's growth and success. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Oversee employee orientation programs and ongoing training & development initiatives to enhance workforce skills and engagement. Administer benefits programs, including benefits enrollment, payroll processing via systems such as ADP and benefits administration. Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning. Facilitate employee evaluation processes, performance management cycles, and succession planning efforts to support career development. Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management strategies while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Support organizational design projects and change management initiatives to optimize workforce efficiency using project management skills. Maintain accurate HR data entry for seamless workforce management. Collaborate on HR sourcing strategies utilizing social media management tools and recruitment platforms like Indeed or others to attract top talent. Experience Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar human resources management role within a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of human capital management practices, employment law (including FMLA), OSHA standards, and labor relations. Hands-on experience with ADP Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organization. Familiarity with benefits administration tools such as ADP. Pay:
$55,151.63 - $66,419.16 per year
