We are looking for an experienced and driven Healthcare Recruiter to support recruiting efforts across our growing Skilled Nursing and Post Acute Care facilities throughout Alabama. This is not a desk only recruiting role. We are looking for someone who enjoys being in the community, building partnerships, attending events, and creating long term talent pipelines that support our facilities and clinical teams. What You'll Do Recruit for healthcare positions across multiple Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) locations including: CNAs LPNs RNs Therapy staff Leadership and support roles Partner closely with facility leadership teams to identify hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies Attend career fairs, college job fairs, healthcare hiring events, and networking opportunities throughout Alabama Build and maintain partnerships with: Nursing schools Community colleges Universities Clinical programs Workforce development organizations Develop and grow clinical affiliation partnerships with local educational programs and healthcare organizations Create recruiting outreach initiatives that strengthen facility visibility within local communities Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and community networking Conduct interviews, coordinate hiring processes, and assist with onboarding efforts Support employer branding initiatives and help position our facilities as employers of choice What We're Looking For Previous recruiting experience required, preferably in healthcare, long term care, or Skilled Nursing Strong communication and relationship building skills Comfortable traveling throughout Alabama for recruiting events and facility visits Experience attending career fairs and community networking events preferred Ability to work independently while supporting multiple facilities and leaders Strong organizational and follow up skills Experience with applicant tracking systems and online recruiting platforms preferred Why Join Our Team?
