This position blends hands-on recruiting expertise with high-level consulting, ensuring the organization attracts, engages, and hires top talent aligned with client objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex, high-impact, and hard-to-fill positions across multiple business units. Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, offering coaching on interviewing, selection, and candidate experience. Develop and execute sourcing strategies using proactive outreach, and talent pipelines. Champion inclusive hiring practices and ensure a consistent, equitable recruitment process. Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvements within the Talent Acquisition function. Qualifications Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse teams and clients across the light industrial space. Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and pipeline management. Highly self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding recruitment goals and business development objectives. Exceptional client relationship management and account management capabilities.
