Recruiter

We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Elmore, Ohio. In this role, you will support recruitment efforts for both technical and skilled trade positions, contributing to the growth of the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to assist with hiring across various divisions while collaborating closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for technical and skilled trade positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Prepare and organize interview packets, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Participate in candidate interviews and provide recommendations to hiring teams.
• Assist in updating and refining recruitment processes and materials.
• Support the HR team with recruitment-related administrative tasks.
• Utilize Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate pre-employment screenings, including drug testing and background checks.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve hiring outcomes and team efficiency.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding processes.
