What You'll Be Doing:
Build and manage a pipeline of experienced physicians and healthcare specialists Conduct consultative career and financial discussions with candidates Source and engage passive talent through strategic outreach efforts Guide candidates through the recruiting process from initial contact through signed agreement Coordinate and lead candidate visit experiences Present compensation packages and facilitate offer negotiations Maintain accurate pipeline activity and reporting within Salesforce What You'll Need to be

Experience recruiting dentists or specialty healthcare professionals Ability to conduct sophisticated financial and career discussions with practicing professionals Proven success closing candidates through signed agreements Strong understanding of compensation structures, business models, and partnership opportunities Experience building relationships with passive candidates over extended recruiting cycles Salesforce CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management !
