Job Description

Bilingual Staffing Specialist Classification:
Non-Exempt Reports to: Branch Manager Overview As a Staffing Specialist, you'll be the bridge between talent and opportunity, helping customers meet staffing needs while ensuring temporary employees find fulfilling roles. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing temporary employees, as well as maintaining strong, lasting customer relationships.
MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH!
Key Responsibilities Develop and nurture relationships with clients, applicants, and team members. Actively recruit candidates through platforms, job fairs, and community outreach. Interview, assess skills, and extend job offers while ensuring compliance with legal and company standards. Manage onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and employment eligibility verification. Serve as a liaison between employees and customers, addressing concerns and providing guidance. Conduct safety assessments at client sites and manage workplace injury cases. Maintain organized, up-to-date employee and customer records. Partner with clients to ensure staffing needs are met promptly and efficiently. Lead performance management for temporary employees through coaching and progressive discipline. Represent 1st Employment at networking and business events.
