The HR recruiter will work closely with the management team to identify staffing needs, assist with job posting, schedule interviews, and help assist with the hiring process. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the firm needs. This role will be a crucial role with the RLS leadership and prospective employees. The HR recruiter will ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process for RLS while promoting RLS values and culture.
Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Maintain job postings on Indeed, Scorpion and LinkedIn
  • Coordinate and implement recruiting initiatives
  • Collaborate with Leadership to establish recruitment needs
  • Review job descriptions for appropriateness
  • Build Networks to find qualified candidates
  • Pre-screen candidates for hiring managers
  • Manage the scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
  • Perform background checks for potential candidates
  • Coordinate and communicate all verbal and written job offers with candidates
  • Maintaining relations with Leadership and potential candidates
  • Identify qualified candidates and provide guidance to Leadership
  • Problem solving
  • HR Recruiter is also responsible for managing the company's referral program
  • Responsible for creating job descriptions
  • Understanding department recruiting needs
  • Identify and attract the best talent for RLS while providing a positive candidate experience.
Pay:
$26.00 per hour
