DUTIES:
Develop, determine, and implement recruiting best practices for diverse hourly, non-exempt and exempt positions. Partner with managers to determine requirements for the position and qualities of an ideal candidate. Work with managers and HR to create job descriptions as required. Coordinate and conduct phone screen interviews and on-site interviews as appropriate. Manage the job requisition log and applicant/interview/hire reports. Work with managers and HR on interview question development as needed Prepare new hire paperwork and ensure all documents are completed and filed correctly. Schedule new hire orientations and training sessions. Assist with the preparation of HR metrics and reports. Ensure electronic files are neat, organized, and easily accessible. Respond to general HR inquiries from employees and managers. Ensure all employee documentation is compliant with legal and company requirements. Perform other duties assigned by the HR Manager or other HR staff.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years in a recruiting role focused on recruitment of all levels including hourly, entry level, non-exempt, and professional-level positions. Must have experience with full life cycle recruiting. Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems. Prior experience supporting manufacturing industry and related functions/positions. Must have knowledge of employment regulations with the DOL, EEOC and FLSA. Strong communicator with the ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization, exercising a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, poise, tact, and diplomacy to accomplish objectives. Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
