Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies utilizing tools like Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, and Lever to source candidates efficiently. Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate suitability for roles across multiple levels. Engage in proactive research and cold calling to generate leads through social media management, campus recruitment, and HR sourcing channels. Negotiate employment offers, contracts, and terms of employment while maintaining compliance with employment & labor law standards. Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as PeopleSoft, UltiPro, and HRIS platforms like Kronos and Paychex to streamline recruitment workflows. Collaborate with hiring managers on employee orientation, onboarding processes, employee evaluation, and succession planning initiatives. Maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders through clear communication skills and regular updates on recruitment progress. Skills Proficiency with HR technology platforms including Workday, Salesforce, Taleo, iCIMS, UltiPro, PeopleSoft, Lever, and HRIS systems like Kronos and Paychex. Strong talent management expertise encompassing recruiting strategies for executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and employee relations. Excellent interviewing skills combined with research abilities to identify high-potential candidates effectively. Skilled in negotiation tactics related to employment offers, contracts, and salary discussions. Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process. Experience in social media management for talent sourcing and lead generation activities. Effective communication skills essential for engaging candidates and collaborating with cross-functional teams in human resources management.
