Job Description

Talent Acquisition Coordinator $24-$27 an hour This role is primarily responsible for scheduling interviews and providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team,
Hiring Managers and Candidates:
Scheduling:
Phone, video or in-person interviews for various positions across all North America sites.
Communication:
Via phone / email/TEAMS directly with candidates and site HR team members to coordinate interviews, assist with applications, and respond to inquiries.
Perform administrative tasks:
Initiate, track and follow up on background checks, scheduling and tracking of post-offer drug tests and physical examinations. Escalate discrepancies or candidate issues to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor or Specialist. Track and monitor tasks to ensure completion. Update applicant tracking system to reflect real-time status changes. Partner with the Travel Dept. and candidate to coordinate travel arrangements. Perform other duties as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED One (1) year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources or Executive Coordination Experience using Outlook or a similar tool for scheduling Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency when supporting multiple priorities Knowledge of common recruiting processes, procedures, and sourcing techniques
Additional Details:
