Job Description We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team supporting high-volume Banking Operations hiring. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-volume recruiting and a proven ability to deliver efficient, compliant, and inclusive hiring outcomes while partnering closely with hiring managers and recruiting peers.
Responsibilities:
Proactively source, assess, and recruit candidates for high-volume Banking Operations roles. Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple requisitions in a deadline-driven environment. Partner with hiring managers to align on hiring strategies, workload distribution, and process efficiencies. Leverage diverse sourcing strategies to build inclusive candidate pipelines. Drive streamlined, compliant hiring processes that meet business timelines and quality standards. Use data, metrics, and market insights to inform recruiting strategies and improve outcomes. Deliver a positive, high-touch experience for candidates and hiring managers. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance recruiting processes and operational effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years recruiting in high-volume operations settings. 1+ year recruiting for project management, platform/application management, or data governance roles. Applicant Tracking System proficiency; Workday preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills. Ability to analyze data, trends, and recruiting metrics to drive decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholder management capability. Demonstrated commitment to diverse candidate slates and inclusive hiring practices.
Preferred Skills:
Experience recruiting in banking, financial services, or operations. Familiarity with high-volume models such as evergreen requisitions or pipeline hiring. Experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to enhance sourcing, communication, or efficiency. Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships. Why BCforward?
