Job Description

We are looking for an experienced recruiting specialist to support specialized talent acquisition initiatives in Tempe, Arizona. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can drive full-cycle recruiting efforts, advise stakeholders on hiring strategy, and use market insight to improve talent outcomes. The role requires strong communication, sound judgment, and the ability to align recruiting activity with policy, business goals, and workforce needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for specialized and advanced roles, from intake discussions through offer coordination.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to shape effective sourcing plans, set expectations, and provide practical guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Review candidate qualifications, evaluate alignment with role requirements, and present well-matched talent to stakeholders.
  • Use market data and hiring trends to recommend recruiting strategies that strengthen talent pipelines and improve hiring results.
  • Facilitate customer and stakeholder meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities within active searches.
  • Ensure recruiting practices follow internal policy, compliance expectations, and applicable employment-related guidelines.
  • Streamline recruiting workflows by identifying process improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency, and candidate experience.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on talent acquisition practices, offering insight on recruiting strategy, benefit-related considerations, and workforce topics such as worker's compensation when relevant.
