Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Hiring Assistant to join our dynamic team! This vital role involves supporting the recruitment process, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new team members. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for creating a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities Assist with posting job openings across various platforms and tracking applicant responses Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and prepare interview materials Maintain accurate records of applicant data using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Support onboarding processes by preparing new hire documentation and scheduling orientation sessions Manage incoming calls via multi-line phone systems, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer support Handle clerical duties such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and maintaining office supplies Qualifications Spanish language speaking Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or clerical roles Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus but not required Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse candidate pools Experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and calendar management Exceptional phone etiquette, customer service skills, and professionalism in all interactions Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Previous personal assistant or office experience is advantageous Join us in shaping an engaging hiring process that attracts top talent!
