Job Description

Vaco is partnering with a well-established organization to hire a Recruiter who will support high-volume hiring across multiple Southern California locations. This is a fast-paced, operations-focused role ideal for someone who understands machine shop environments and skilled trades recruiting .
Location & Travel:
This role supports sites in Corona, South El Monte, Brea, and Santa Ana . Candidates must be local to the LA/OC area and comfortable traveling between locations for onsite meetings and hiring support. What You'll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting for machinists, skilled trades, and operations roles Handle a high-volume workload of ~17-20 requisitions at a time Partner closely with hiring managers across multiple sites to understand hiring needs and priorities Attend weekly board meetings to review open roles, hiring progress, and pipeline updates Source, screen, and present qualified candidates in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage offer processes Maintain accurate candidate tracking and documentation within ADP ATS (Greenhouse experience is a plus) Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, providing market insight and recruiting strategy What We're Looking For Experience recruiting within manufacturing, machine shop, or skilled trades environments Proven ability to manage a high-volume requisition load in a fast-paced setting Strong communication skills with confidence in face-to-face interactions with hiring managers Highly organized with strong attention to detail Experience with ADP ATS (Greenhouse is a plus) Ability to travel between sites in the LA/OC area as needed What Success Looks Like Consistent delivery of qualified candidates across multiple locations Strong partnerships with hiring managers and site leadership Ability to stay organized and proactive in a high-volume, fast-moving environment Clear communication and follow-through at every stage of the hiring process Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
