The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in technical recruiting, executive search, and campus recruitment, with a strong emphasis on building strategic relationships and managing full-cycle recruitment processes. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in shaping our talent management strategies, enhancing employer branding, and supporting organizational growth through effective sourcing and candidate engagement. Duties Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles, including technical positions, executive roles, and entry-level talent, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems such as Lever, Workday, iCIMS, and PeopleSoft. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies through social media management, cold calling, research, and leveraging HRIS platforms like SAP HR or UltiPro to identify high-potential candidates. Conduct thorough interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and leadership potential; facilitate candidate evaluations and provide detailed feedback to hiring managers. Negotiate employment offers and contracts while ensuring compliance with employment laws such as labor law regulations; manage onboarding processes including employee orientation and training & development programs. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across departments to understand staffing needs; advise on talent acquisition best practices and succession planning initiatives. Manage relationships with external agencies and recruitment vendors; oversee campus recruitment efforts to attract emerging talent from universities worldwide. Maintain accurate records within ATS platforms like Taleo or iCIMS; generate reports on recruitment metrics to inform strategic decision-making. Skills Proven expertise in negotiation, technical recruiting, executive recruiting, and campus recruitment strategies. Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems such as Lever, Workday, iCIMS, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels. Deep understanding of HR sourcing techniques, employment & labor law compliance, and employee relations practices. Experience with HRIS systems including SAP HR, UltiPro, Kronos, ADP, Paychex, or Workday for data management. Competence in social media management for talent branding and lead generation activities. Knowledge of contracts management, employee evaluation processes, succession planning, and training & development initiatives. Ability to research market trends and generate innovative lead generation strategies to attract top talent across diverse industries.
