Recruiter Partners Personnel - Chino - 3.9 Chino, CA Job Details Full-time $22 - $24 an hour 6 hours ago Qualifications Customer service High school diploma or GED Recruiting Full Job Description We are looking for a motivated and organized Staffing Recruiter to support our light industrial and clerical staffing needs. As a key member of our recruiting team, you will be responsible for identifying, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates in warehouse, production, administrative, and office support roles. This position requires strong people skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse candidate base.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial and clerical roles, including warehouse workers, forklift operators, assemblers, data entry clerks, and administrative assistants. Build a talent pipeline using job boards, referrals, social media, community outreach, and in-person events. Conduct onboarding processes including new hire paperwork, orientations, background checks, drug testing coordination, and client based requirements. Communicate job responsibilities, pay rates, schedules, and client expectations clearly to candidates. Match candidates to open job orders based on qualifications, availability, and job fit. Use Indeed, Facebook, ZipRecruiter, and other platforms to recruit. Support client relationships by understanding their workforce needs and providing timely staffing solutions. Follow up with associates and clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues proactively. Meet daily and weekly recruiting goals and maintain fill-rate standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred. Minimum of 1 year of recruiting or customer service experience; staffing agency experience a plus. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident speaking with job seekers and clients. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred for effective communication with a diverse workforce. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
