- Full-time Job Overview As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in talent acquisition by sourcing, evaluating, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Duties
- Utilize recruitment tools such as bullhorn to source and screen candidates
- Conduct research to identify potential candidates through various channels
- Coordinate and participate in campus recruitment events
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Conduct employee evaluations to assess performance and fit within the organization
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires
- Facilitate employee orientation sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding process Requirements
