LEGAL RECRUITER/LEGAL TALENT CONSULTANT
Are you a legal professional who thrives on building relationships, connecting with people, and achieving results? We are seeking a motivated and professional Legal Recruiter to join our growing team in Costa Mesa. The ideal candidate is someone with experience in the legal industry who wants to leverage their communication skills, legal knowledge, and personable demeanor to help place legal professionals with respected law firms throughout Southern California.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Recruit and place attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and other legal professionals Build and maintain relationships with law firms and legal candidates Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications and career goals Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process Negotiate offers and help facilitate successful placements Develop new business opportunities and expand client relationships Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent communication throughout the recruiting process
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience in the legal field preferred (law firm, legal staffing, recruiting, paralegal, legal assistant) Professional demeanor and team-oriented Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive mindset Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships Organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Prior sales or recruiting experience is a major plus
WHAT WE OFFER
Salary:
$65,000 - $125,000+ (Approximate first-year earning potential; high performers may earn significantly more.)
Compensation:
