Adecco is assisting a Fortune 500 client in recruiting for a Corporate Recruiter opportunity in Dublin, CA. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity in Dublin, CA through Adecco Staffing.

Responsibilities for the Corporate Recruiter include but are not limited to:
Manage full-cycle recruiting, candidate development, and candidate flow. Source top talent by developing sourcing strategies to actively recruit candidates and build candidate pipelines. Conductprehensive and inclusive screening interviews with candidates to further determine appropriate fit.
Manage recruitment acrosspany functions, including but not limited to - Finance, HR, Legal, Strategy, and Marketing.
Manage research and search strategy development for each open position. This includes building a target list, posting on appropriate s, identifying potential sourcing resources such as professional associations, diversity partners, and consulting firms.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timelymunication from initial contact through onboarding.
Serve as a talent advisor and thought leader when partnering and collaborating with hiring managers and HR business partners through the recruiting process.
Maintain and populate the recruitment/staffing database throughout the recruiting process from requisition approval through onboarding of candidates.
Conduct and utilize market research, insights, and data analysis to make hiring rmendations that support thepany's recruitment strategy.
Collaborate frequently with members of the recruiting team as well as business and client partners.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the
Corporate Recruiter:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, prior experience in corporate recruiting preferred
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Recruiter, Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) software, as well as additional recruiting resources.
Experience with using data to provide rmendations with hiring decisions
Experience partnering with a variety of clients, including senior leadership

Pay Details:
$45.00 to $55.00 per hour
