Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in IT recruiting Solid head hunting skills Potentially have a their own network for hunting the right candidates Resume screening, skill assessment, conducting preliminary interviews Negotiating rates, and other components that a candidate may have High sense of customer service and relationship building skills Excellent communication skill, sense of urgency Ability to work independently under minimal supervision Creativity to identify new sources of finding and hiring candidates Well laid out strategy to bring new value additions Last but not the least- passion for the job
