As Client Executive•Aerospace & Defense, you'll spearhead Roboze's expansion in a country where new manufacturing models can transform how mission-critical parts are sourced, qualified, and deployed. Who You Are:
You've worked at or with companies like Stratasys, EOS, Lockheed, Raytheon, Boeing, Northrop, etc., and know how the A&D machine works You've qualified materials and processes for flight-certified parts You have technical and commercial experience in additive manufacturing, advanced polymers, FDM/FFF, composites, or manufacturing for flight-critical components You've closed large, multi-year contracts with defense and aerospace customers You're entrepreneurial: you've built new markets, not just managed existing ones You're hands-on, low-ego, and highly accountable You want to be David in the fight against
Goliath What We're Looking For:
5-10 years experience selling to A&D companies including both large primes and startups, especially within the Southern California ecosystem A "Hunter" mindset capable of both sourcing and closing new business opportunities from zero Deep understanding of the U.S. aerospace qualification lifecycle Experience with additive manufacturing, composite materials, and/or FDM technology Strong network in primes, integrators, and DoD acquisition offices Ability to travel extensively across the U.S., but with a focus on Southern California U.S. permanent resident or citizen (mandatory for DoD work) You thrive in ambiguity and build structure where none exists
What We Offer:
The opportunity to lead Roboze's market expansion in the most strategic defense ecosystem in the world Competitive compensation and upside tied to success A culture that rewards speed, boldness, and results, not red tape The opportunity to reshape how defense and aerospace manufacturers think about supply chains and sustainability Join the Mission We're not interested in incremental change. We're here to challenge the status quo and lead a new era in defense manufacturing. If you're tired of waiting for change, and want to be the one driving it, this is your call.
