$43-$45/hr. Job Summary The Corporate Recruiter leads full-cycle hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning efforts to support organizational growth. This role partners closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract top-tier talent, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and deliver a seamless new hire experience. In addition to recruiting responsibilities, this position manages onboarding processes, HR reporting, and headcount tracking while serving as a trusted advisor across multiple business functions.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles ranging from entry-level to senior leadership. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and refine recruiting strategies, including social media outreach. Conduct intake meetings to establish role requirements, competencies, and hiring criteria. Source, interview, and evaluate candidates using structured methods and reference checks. Maintain awareness of current job boards, digital platforms, and sourcing trends. Oversee the entire interview process to ensure consistent and positive candidate experience. Prepare regular and ad-hoc recruitment reports and dashboards. Lead end-to-end onboarding activities, including background checks, I‑9 verification, HRIS/payroll setup, and document audits. Collect, review, and process new hire documents such as tax forms, agreements, and benefit enrollments. Serve as the primary contact for new employees and coordinate with payroll, benefits, and compensation teams. Facilitate new hire orientation and deliver hiring-process training for people managers. Support HR initiatives, workforce planning, visa verification, exit processes, and overall compliance efforts. Participate in team projects and additional HR responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred. 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources with a strong background in full-cycle recruiting. Proven ability to source, screen, interview, and hire talent across multiple job families. Experience negotiating offers and managing the offer process. Strong understanding of employment laws and compliant hiring practices. Skilled in using ATS and HRIS systems. Experience managing agencies/vendors and supporting workforce planning. Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and create data-driven recommendations. College recruiting experience strongly preferred. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data analysis). Proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to create polished presentations for leadership. PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
