- $70,000 per year As we continue expanding, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience as an ABA Recruiter, Healthcare Recruiter, or Behavioral Health Recruiter to support high-volume hiring and workforce growth.
Position Overview The Talent Acquisition Specialist will function as a Full-Cycle Recruiter supporting ABA and healthcare hiring needs across multiple locations. This role partners directly with Clinical Leadership, Operations teams, and HR to drive workforce planning, talent pipeline development, and hiring execution. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter or ABA Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands high-volume behavioral health staffing. Core Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruiting (ABA & Healthcare Roles) Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer coordination Recruit for Healthcare positions such as Direct Support Professionals, Job Coaches, Day Program Supervisors, Behavior Respite Companions and related healthcare roles Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews Meet or exceed 90% of monthly hiring targets Maintain accurate candidate tracking in ATS systems (Workable, Dayforce, ADP preferred) Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and staffing forecasts Talent Pipeline & Sourcing Strategy Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, resume databases, and healthcare job boards Build proactive pipelines for ABA, behavioral health, and healthcare positions Develop partnerships with colleges, universities, and workforce programs Attend career fairs and community hiring events Improve sourcing strategies for high-volume recruiting environments Recruitment Analytics & Operations Track time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and hiring metrics Prepare hiring reports for leadership review Analyze recruitment data to improve hiring efficiency Maintain compliance with onboarding documentation and employment regulations Support employee referral programs Required Qualifications 3-4+ years of experience as an ABA Recruiter, Healthcare Recruiter, Behavioral Health Recruiter, or Full-Cycle Recruiter Proven success in high-volume recruiting environments Experience recruiting in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), healthcare, behavioral health, or human services Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Experience in mentoring or leading a team Experience partnering with clinical and operational leadership Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite Excellent communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation required Preferred Qualifications Experience improving recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, sourcing ROI) Experience mentoring junior recruiters or Talent Acquisition Coordinators Knowledge of ABA service models and behavioral health staffing structures Why Join IABA?
