As a nationwide provider of private security and facilities maintenance services with over 5,000 employees, you'll have the opportunity to recruit for both corporate and operational roles across multiple jurisdictions, helping drive the growth of our organization while developing your own career. What You'll Do As a Junior Recruiter, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional candidate experience while supporting our hiring managers and talent acquisition efforts. Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Source and identify active and passive candidates through various recruiting channels Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews Learn and apply effective interviewing and hiring best practices Match qualified candidates with open positions across the organization Build candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs Manage and maintain job postings across multiple platforms Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications Candidate Experience & Onboarding Support Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for candidates Provide timely follow-up and communication throughout the hiring process Partner with HR during offer and pre-employment stages Help initiate onboarding activities and prepare new hires for Day One Ensure candidates receive a positive, professional experience from application through onboarding Partnership & Compliance Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives Assist with recruiting-related compliance reporting and audits Maintain accurate recruiting records and documentation Follow all company hiring practices and employment laws What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong computer skills and technology aptitude Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable speaking with candidates via phone and video calls Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday during business hours Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred Qualities Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Talent Acquisition Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented Self-starter with a "go-getter" mentality Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Passion for helping people find career opportunities Why Join Us? Physical Requirements & Work Environment This position is primarily performed in a professional office environment and requires the ability to: Remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working at a computer workstation. Frequently operate a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other standard office equipment. Communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and through video conferencing platforms. Review, prepare, and maintain electronic and paper records and documentation. Occasionally move or lift office materials weighing up to 15 pounds. Navigate throughout the office to attend meetings and collaborate with team members. Maintain the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
