Staffing Recruiter

Job description: Quality staffing Services is currently looking for a recruiter. Recruiter is responsible for recruiting employees that fit our client's needs. Must communicate effectively with clients and employees. This position reports directly to the General Manager of the Company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Must be willing to work out on the field. (Open to work weekends) Must be able to place appropriate personnel at each work location. Can manage high volume of calls. (Including after hours) Performs related clerical functions (answering phones, data entry, filing, etc.) Computer Literate. Must be reliable, dependable, and very patient. Recruit, Interview, and hire employees. Process applications Must be able to multitask in a fast pace environment. Performs any and all additional duties as required for this position.

Requirements:

Bilingual is a must (Spanish) Must be able to deliver exceptional customer services to our clients and employees. Must be open to overtime and on call after hours.
