Our process begins with observations from which we design a comprehensive plan. It continues on as we teach our clients and their circle of support how to obtain positive, sustainable outcomes. We are seeking a passionate Recruiter to join our HR team and help us continue to build a talented workforce across our multiple locations. This is a full-cycle recruiting role where you will manage every aspect of the hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires.Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding. Use ATS (Greenhouse) to track candidates and maintain thorough documentation. Source candidates through various platforms, including social media and Boolean searches. Conduct phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and provide updates to hiring managers. Organize New Hire Orientation and ensure all documentation is completed. Build relationships with colleges and universities, organize and attend career fairs, and engage in community outreach to expand the talent pool. Promote the company's employer brand through social media and recruitment marketing.Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (equivalent experience considered). Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably full-cycle recruiting. Strong knowledge of HR regulations and employment law (HR Certification a plus). Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred) and Google Workspace. Proficient with Greenhouse Onboarding (Preferred) Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a passion for building strong teams.What we offer:
