In this role, you will drive the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Your expertise in talent acquisition, employer branding, and HR sourcing will be instrumental in supporting our organizational growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while making a meaningful impact on our company's success. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records. Source candidates through social media management, cold calling, research, and leveraging platforms. Conduct thorough interviewing sessions to evaluate candidate fit. Negotiate employment contracts and compensation packages while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law regulations. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Support onboarding processes by coordinating employee orientation programs and facilitating employee evaluation and training & development initiatives. Maintain strong communication skills throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience and foster employee relations. Experience Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles within human resources management or HR sourcing environments. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Strong knowledge of employment & labor law. Demonstrated ability in executive recruiting and succession planning strategies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates through social media management and cold calling techniques. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
