In this dual-impact role, you will act as both a business development specialist and a talent strategist. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients-prospecting and winning new business-while simultaneously sourcing the high-caliber talent that helps those businesses thrive. This is a "360-degree" desk, meaning you own the relationship from the first cold call to the final candidate placement.
THIS IS AN IN-HOUSE ROLE.
Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales Market Prospecting:
Identify and target growth-oriented companies in the Long Beach and South Bay areas.
Outreach:
Execute a high-volume sales strategy including cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and LinkedIn networking.
Consultative Selling:
Meet with hiring managers to diagnose their organizational gaps and pitch our staffing solutions.
Contract Negotiation:
Manage the lifecycle of the sale, including fee negotiations and service agreements.
Talent Acquisition & Consulting Sourcing Strategy:
Develop creative ways to find top-tier candidates using job boards, social media, and local networking. ...
Candidate Vetting:
Conduct thorough interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and career goals.
Advocacy:
Act as a consultant to your candidates, providing resume feedback and interview coaching.
Placement Management:
Coordinate the interview process between clients and candidates, managing feedback and offer extensions.
Working hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Skills:
Prior experience in agency staffing or high-volume recruitment is preferred.
Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Customer Service or Client Relationship Management (CRM Proven experience in a sales-driven environment (cold calling, outbound prospecting, or account management). Technologically inclined A track record of meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
