Job Description:
Responsibilities?
  • End-to-end recruitment process coordination, including job description (JD) management and posting
  • Direct candidate sourcing, cold calling, screening, and supporting hiring teams with initial evaluations
  • Talent mapping: participate in industry/domain-specific talent mapping insights and related follow-ups
  • Recruitment data management and analysis: tracking project metrics and delivering actionable recommendations to support operational improvement
  • Handling routine recruiting related inquiries from candidates, recuting agencies, and interviewers Qualifications?
Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; however, strong candidates with a strong track record in recruitment may also be considered-years of experience are not a rigid requirement.
Education:
Bachelor degree is prefered
Language Skills:
Fluent and professional proficiency in English&Mandarin across speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
