Job Description
Description We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join a non-profit organization on a contract basis in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and secure top talent for various positions. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive individual with expertise in full cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify potential talent across various platforms.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' background and alignment with organizational needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and provide suitable recommendations.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and track recruitment progress.
- Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
- Create and post engaging job advertisements to attract applicants with relevant experience.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and employment regulations during the recruitment process. Requirements
- Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, including sourcing and interviewing.
- Familiarity with corporate recruiting practices and strategies.
- Skilled in utilizing recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong ability to identify and attract top talent from a variety of backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
