HR Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Van Nuys, California. In this role, you will focus on sourcing and hiring skilled drivers across various classifications while ensuring compliance with organizational standards. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive candidate information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Review and assess candidate resumes to identify suitable qualifications and experience.
• Manage and maintain compliance-related documentation in accordance with organizational guidelines.
• Prepare and distribute offer letters to selected candidates.
• Conduct thorough background checks and verify candidate credentials.
• Coordinate and process authorizations for physical exams and drug screenings.
• Source potential candidates using various recruitment platforms, including job boards and detail oriented networks.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate records within an applicant tracking system.
• Support recruitment efforts for job fairs, including occasional Saturdays when required.
