Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Review and assess candidate resumes to identify suitable qualifications and experience.
- Manage and maintain compliance-related documentation in accordance with organizational guidelines.
- Prepare and distribute offer letters to selected candidates.
- Conduct thorough background checks and verify candidate credentials.
- Coordinate and process authorizations for physical exams and drug screenings.
- Source potential candidates using various recruitment platforms, including job boards and detail oriented networks.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate records within an applicant tracking system.
- Support recruitment efforts for job fairs, including occasional Saturdays when required.
