Key ResponsibilitiesSource, identify, and recruit high-caliber technical candidates through various channels including databases, job boards, social platforms, and direct outreachBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of clients ranging from small businesses to enterprise organizationsConduct client outreach through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and inbound lead managementLead client discovery meetings (virtual and in-person) to understand hiring needs and present tailored staffing solutionsScreen, interview, and evaluate candidate qualifications to ensure strong alignment with client requirementsManage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer negotiation and placementNegotiate and establish client contracts and recruiting agreementsProvide consultative guidance to clients on hiring strategies, market trends, and compensation benchmarksLeverage modern tools and technologies, including AI-driven sourcing and CRM platforms, to enhance recruiting and business development effortsTrack activity and performance using CRM and business intelligence tools
