High SchoolResponsibilitiesAs a Randstad Site Coordinator for Randstad In-House Services, your tasks will include but may not be limited to the following:
Recruitment Management:
Craft and publish compelling job postings across various platforms and meticulously manage job orders within our applicant tracking system.
New-Hire Journey Ownership:
Oversee the entire onboarding process, including sending and tracking onboarding packages, and confirming all necessary documentation and required assessments are complete.
Verification & Compliance:
Rigorously manage all background check and I-9 verification processes to strictly meet all legal and company requirements.
Stakeholder Partnership:
Act as the primary liaison for talent, proactively addressing concerns, and fostering collaboration with hiring managers through regular status updates.
Administrative Excellence:
Maintain accurate records of all site activities and support various HR-related projects as needed.
