Shift:
Monday•Friday 8:00am•5:00pm We are seeking a Recruiter to source, interview, and place temporary and permanent employees. This role involves building a strong candidate pipeline, managing client relationships, coordinating interviews, conducting screenings and orientations, and ensuring compliance. The recruiter will communicate daily with clients and candidates, resolve payroll and employee relations issues, and meet weekly placement and interview metrics.
Key Requirements:
Entry level•1 year of experience in staffing/recruiting or related customer service Strong computer skills (ATS, Microsoft Office, job boards, social media) Excellent communication and multitasking abilities Bilingual in English and Spanish assist translation between clients and employees Ability to work under pressure, meet metrics, and handle urgent client needs Strong problem-solving, relationship-building, and analytical skills
