Our mission is to redefine the protection experience by making it seamless, transparent, and customer-first. We are seeking a General Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting for CoverageX at our Newport Beach, CA office. This hands-on role will support hiring across multiple departments including Call Center, Sales, Customer Service, IT, Marketing, and Design, and work closely with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, comfortable working in a flexible environment, and can work in tandem with our Florida based recruiting team. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruiting Own end-to-end recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for a variety of roles. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs. Partner with department leads to understand role requirements, write job descriptions, and provide data-driven recommendations. Onboarding Support Work hand-in-hand with HR to ensure a smooth and consistent onboarding experience for new hires. Coordinate offer letters, background checks, and new hire documentation as needed. Sourcing & Recruitment Marketing Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple functions. Represent CoverageX at career fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition opportunities. Support employer branding initiatives to promote CoverageX as an employer of choice. Operational Excellence Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline tracking in the ATS. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress. Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
