Talent Acquisition Specialist

Make a Difference Every Day. The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in supporting the agency's growth by leading recruitment efforts for Home Care Aides, Licensed Vocational Nurses, and Registered Nurses. This position is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified clinical and caregiving staff to support both the agency's home care and home health care operations. The Talent Acquisition Specialist works closely with operations and scheduling teams to ensure the agency maintains a strong, compliant, and mission-driven workforce capable of delivering exceptional care to our clients throughout Northern California. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, urgency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Why Heart of Humanity? What You'll Do Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for Home Care Aides, LVNs, and RNs across a multi-location Home Care and Home Health Care Agency Create and manage job postings across various recruiting platforms including Indeed, Craigslist, and social media platforms Attend job fairs, community events, and recruiting initiatives to promote the agency and attract candidates Develop and implement recruiting strategies to support staffing needs across multiple counties and service lines Ensure hiring and onboarding processes comply with company policies and applicable California regulations Partner with operations and scheduling teams to prioritize urgent staffing needs and caregiver placements What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in home care, healthcare operations, and/or Talent Acquisition Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations professionally Must have reliable transportation
