LOCATION
Ontario, California HOURS:
2PM-11PM or 3PM-12AM- M_F and overtime and weekends during peak
MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH
Overview:
You will assist our temporary associates with employee and Human Resources related concerns. For the recruiting aspect, you will also be required to fill temporary positions for the account. Some of the recruiting tools that may be utilized should be social media networks and employee referrals. You will also interact as an agency representative with our client, conducting daily check ins with our clients and accessing needs and establishing rapport.
Responsibilities:
Avionte experience is a PLUS Complete and review payroll for all temporary employees. Experience with Paycom is a plus Design and implement overall recruiting strategy Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc Screen candidates resumes and job applications Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Promote company's reputation as "best place to work"
Minimum Skills/Requirements:
2 - 3 years of proven experience as an Onsite Coordinator and/or Recruiter (in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) Experience with payroll and payroll software Proficiency with the full Microsoft Office suite Experience with accident/incident reports High School Diploma/GED Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc) #SLY123
