Schedule:
Monday•Friday 8:30 AM•5:00 PM Executive Recruiting Center is seeking a motivated Hospitality Recruiter to support our growing hotel and hospitality division. This role is responsible for recruiting, screening, onboarding, and placing qualified hospitality professionals for hotels throughout Southern California.
Responsibilities:
Recruit for hospitality positions including Room Attendants, Housekeepers, Housemen, Front Desk Agents, Maintenance Technicians, Breakfast Attendants, Supervisors, and other hotel staff Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach Conduct phone screenings and interviews Verify employment history and references Coordinate interviews and placements with clients Complete onboarding and new hire documentation Maintain accurate applicant records and recruiting activity Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified hospitality candidates Follow up with employees and clients to ensure successful placements
Qualifications:
Previous recruiting experience required Hospitality, hotel, or staffing industry experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, email, and applicant tracking systems Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
