Job Description
What you''ll do Partner closely with engineering leaders and hiring managers to define and execute hiring strategies across tech teams and nontech teams Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing Recruit for a wide range of technical positions including Software Engineering, AI/ML, Robotics, Infrastructure, Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Validation/Test Engineering, and related functions Build and maintain strong pipelines of highly qualified technical talent through creative sourcing strategies and market outreach Help shape hiring workflows including interview processes, scorecards, recruiting plans, and candidate evaluation criteria Continuously improve recruiting processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hire Provide market insights, compensation trends, and hiring recommendations to leadership teams Stay current on industry trends across autonomous vehicles, robotics, AI, infrastructure, and engineering talent markets Engage passive candidates and build long-term relationships with top technical talent What we''re looking for Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience Experience recruiting across both nontech and engineering functions Strong understanding of technical roles and ability to effectively assess candidate backgrounds and skillsets Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS (or similar recruiting tools) is preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment High sense of ownership, urgency, integrity, and attention to detail Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills Startup experience strongly preferred
