We are looking for an innovative, passionate, and highly-motivated Talent Specialist to help deliver an amazing candidate experience. This person will partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and interviewers to ensure a seamless hiring process. This opportunity has a lot of room for growth and has the potential to lead into other positions within the Recruiting Team. Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to coordinate and schedule interviews Work with complex and shifting calendars across multiple time zones and facilitate any schedule changes Collaborate with other recruiting coordinators on best practices to streamline scheduling processes Help expand our University Program and assist with high-volume scheduling during each recruitment term Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders Participate in intake meetings with hiring managers to understand needs, ensuring alignment between job descriptions, and target candidate profiles Help to identify and improve current processes to optimize workflows and make operations seamless Support the recruiting team with ad-hoc projects as needed Minimum Requirements 1+ years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role 4+ years of overall work experience Experience working with applicant tracking systems Preferred Qualifications Self-motivated and driven: you look for solutions and impact without being asked twice You are curious. You look to dig deeper beyond the surface level of a job profile; researching market trends and domain technology and seeking out information to have a solid understanding of the business.
