HR Recruiter Ultimate Staffing Services - 3.8 Pasadena, CA Job Details $25 - $30 an hour 7 hours ago Qualifications Direct sourcing Direct sourcing recruitment ATS Online database candidate sourcing Bachelor's degree Resume management software Stakeholder relationship building Stakeholder management Full Job Description We are seeking a results-driven Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding. The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver high-quality candidates in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment:
requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies Source candidates using multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, etc.) Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews Coordinate interview processes and ensure a strong candidate experience Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer process Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment laws Track and report recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required (Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred) Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency) Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate evaluation skills Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for specialized roles (e.g., technical, sales, or executive hiring) Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies Familiarity with data-driven recruiting and reporting Key Skills Talent sourcing and networking Candidate assessment and interviewing Stakeholder and relationship management Negotiation and offer closing Organization and time management Work Environment & Additional Information Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple concurrent hiring needs No parking available on-site All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
