Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments to support our organizational growth and strategic objectives. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques, and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach to talent acquisition, and a thorough understanding of employment laws and HR systems. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various channels including social media management, campus recruitment, and cold calling. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Lever, Taleo, or PeopleSoft to manage candidate pipelines efficiently. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Negotiate employment offers and contracts, ensuring compliance with employment & labor law regulations. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted talent acquisition plans. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities within HRIS platforms like Workday, UltiPro, Kronos, or Paychex. Manage onboarding processes including employee orientation and training & development programs. Conduct research on industry trends and labor market conditions to enhance sourcing strategies. Support succession planning initiatives by identifying high-potential candidates for future leadership roles. Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and engagement strategies. Skills Proficiency with applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS, Lever, Taleo, or PeopleSoft; familiarity with HRIS platforms like Workday or UltiPro. Strong knowledge of talent management practices including executive recruiting and HR sourcing techniques. Excellent interviewing skills combined with effective negotiation abilities. Experience in research methods for talent sourcing and lead generation. Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure legal compliance throughout the hiring process. Ability to utilize social media management tools for employer branding and candidate outreach. Effective communication skills for engaging diverse audiences across global markets. Familiarity with HR software such as Salesforce, Kronos, or Paychex enhances operational efficiency. Understanding of employee evaluation processes and contracts management. Demonstrated ability in recruiting within various industries including sales roles or specialized technical positions.
