Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to support talent acquisition and onboarding efforts for a Long-term Contract position in California. This role will oversee the recruitment process from candidate outreach through offer coordination and employee setup, while maintaining a positive experience for applicants and employees. The ideal candidate brings strong recruiting judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage compliance-driven HR processes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify prospective talent through proactive sourcing strategies and evaluate applicants to match open positions with suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain scheduling communication between candidates, hiring teams, and other stakeholders throughout the selection process.
  • Lead compensation discussions within established guidelines and prepare verbal and written offers for selected candidates.
  • Administer pre-employment requirements, including background screening, employment eligibility documentation, and drug testing, to support a smooth start date.
  • Guide new employees through onboarding activities and orientation sessions to help them integrate effectively into the organization.
  • Create, organize, and update personnel files and onboarding records while ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Monitor adherence to company policies, employment regulations, and standard HR practices across recruiting and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain recruiting and onboarding data, produce status updates and metrics, and support employee engagement efforts during the early stages of employment.
