Important:
This is a Sales Role To be clear: This is not an HR or corporate administrative position. This is a high-energy, phone-heavy sales recruiting role. You will be "selling" opportunities to top-tier healthcare professionals and managing the full lifecycle of the placement. If you are a metric-driven professional who loves to win, keep reading. What You'll Do (The Mission):
The Hunt:
Proactively source, screen, and interview healthcare professionals through aggressive cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach.
Relationship Management:
Build a deep pipeline of talent by being more than just a recruiter—be a career consultant and a trusted partner.
Drive Results:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to placement) with a focus on speed, quality, and culture fit.
Consultative Sales:
Guide candidates through the hiring process, overcoming objections and selling the value of our client partnerships.
Maintain Excellence:
Keep candidate data and interactions organized in our system to ensure no lead goes cold. What You Bring to the
Table:
The Credentials:
A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
The Experience:
At least 1+ year of experience in a metric-driven sales or recruiting role. Healthcare experience is a plus, but we'll train the right "sales-first" mentality.
The Engine:
A high-octane work ethic with the ability to handle high call volumes and multitask without breaking a sweat.
Communication:
Sharp interpersonal skills—you can build rapport with anyone over the phone in under 30 seconds.
