This role will execute office recruiting plans to reach our college financial representative contract goals. Primary Responsibilities Build and develop effective referral sources with current Northwestern Mutual advisors and staff members, develop strong networks in the local community, and develop qualified lead strategies from a variety of sources (referrals, job boards, advertising, career fairs, social media, etc.) Review resumes, call candidates, schedule and conduct initial interviews Actively participate in community/campus clubs and organizations to promote and brand Northwestern Mutual Administer selection tools and guide candidates through the selection process Report weekly recruiting activity to leadership team Develop proficiency and use of home office-supported software to maintain candidate databases and accurate records of prospects to ensure efficiency of the selection process Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, graduate from a local university preferred Outstanding community and campus involvement in the greater Sacramento area Demonstrated ability to work professionally as a team member and with all levels of people Experience with networking or recruiting, lead generating experience preferred Strong personal/professional network to leverage from a recruiting perspective
