This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in staffing, operations, and leadership. The position offers a clear growth pathway, with the goal of developing into a Manager within the Behavioral division. This role supports our Massachusetts Behavioral team from the San Diego office, partnering with school districts statewide to recruit, staff, and manage top-tier special education personnel. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is motivated by opportunities for professional development and increased responsibility. Schedule 5:00am 2:00pm PST (Aligned with east coast hours) Role Responsibilities (all training provided): Recruitment & Staffing Source, screen, and hire qualified special education personnel, including Paraprofessionals, Behavior Technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and additional specialized SPED positions as needed. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet district demand. Facilitate efficient onboarding and credentialing processes. Prepare candidates for successful transitions into school-based roles. Support and manage providers throughout their assignments. Client Relationship & Account Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with Massachusetts school districts Serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and candidates. Understand district-specific programs, staffing needs, and timelines Match candidates appropriately to district needs and ensure smooth, timely staffing. Provide exceptional service, communication, and follow-through. Operations & Administrative Support Oversee essential operational functions for assigned accounts, including: Payroll coordination Benefits and HR-related processes Scheduling and assignment tracking Compliance and documentation Contribute to organizational systems and processes that support team efficiency This entry-level role is intentionally structured to develop into a Management position , with opportunities to: Lead teams and mentor new consultants Manage district portfolios Oversee market expansion and operational improvements Take on higher-level strategy, compliance, and organizational initiatives Qualifications Required A Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualities Experience in sales, customer service, operations, or recruiting Self-motivated and proactive Strong relationship-builder and communicator Resourceful, adaptable, and solution-oriented Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Ambitious, driven, and excited about growth into management Pay & Benefits $62,000 annual base salary + commission structure 15 days PTO Six paid holidays + two floating holidays 401(k) with 4% employer match Medical, dental, and vision benefits (SDI, accident/injury insurance, critical illness insurance, life insurance) Higher education tuition reimbursement
